Returns Policy

Goods must have been purchased directly from Braces & Bandages. If the product was purchased from your local distributor, please contact them directly and refer to their returns policy.

If a product is found to be faulty and was purchased directly from Braces & Bandages, please notify us for an exchange or credit. Faulty products are subject to inspection before a return is processed.

If you wish to return a product because the item does not meet your needs, we will issue an exchange or credit provided that: 

  • You return the item within 30 days.
  • The item is unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Altered, damaged, washed, worn or stained products will not be accepted.
  • All components have been returned.

Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and the Returns Form for Consumer Products. Please complete the form and mail it with the goods to:

Custom made garments are non-returnable unless faulty. 

If goods are found to be damaged on arrival, you must notify Maternity Intimate Wear within 7 days of its receipt. Braces & Bandages will replace the product free of charge. 

No return or exchange for discounted sale items unless faulty. 

No refunds will be paid until such time as the goods have been returned to our warehouse, inspected and approved. 

A 10% re-stocking fee may be applied at the discretion of management.

A $15 shipping charge will be applied to the dispatch of a replacement or exchange item.

 

Shipping 

What is the shipping cut-off time? 

The daily shipping cut-off time in 9 am, Monday to Friday. You must place your order before 9 am to ensure that it can be dispatched the same day (provided that the item you ordered is in stock).

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on your location. Delivery to the Sydney metropolitan area and other major cities generally arrive within 1-3 business days, but may be take up to a week. Please note that we have no control over the delivery service once your order has been shipped and cannot guarantee timely delivery.

The courier requires a signature upon delivery. It is your responsibility to be at the address you provided to receive your delivery. 

What shipping methods do you offer?

Orders are dispatched via Toll Priority for most orders. However, Toll Ipec may be used at our discretion. Customers within the Sydney region may choose to select Standard Shipping which is usually sent out via Toll Ipec (but may be sent by a different method or carrier at our discretion). We can ship via Australia Post Express eParcel by request.  

How long does order processing take?

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days. Dispatch times are not guaranteed and may take longer for items that are not in stock. If a product is out of stock or on back order, we will aim to notify you within 2 working days. 

Do you allow pickups?

Yes. However, you must place your order at least one day in advance, so we can ensure that the product will be in stock and ready for you. Contact us to arrange a pickup order. Our warehouse is based at Unit 3, 30 Leighton Place, Hornsby NSW and opening hours are Monday 8:30am - 5pm, and Tuesday - Friday 9am - 5pm.

Do you offer same day delivery?

Yes, if stock is available, and for Sydney metropolitan area only. Same-day delivery will incur a charge of approximately $50.00. Contact us to arrange a same day delivery. 

My order didn't arrive. What now? 

Because your order is dispatched by courier (Toll), you must be at home at the time that delivery is attempted. Otherwise, you may have missed your delivery. Toll should have left a card notifying you of how to get in touch with them. 

If you still can't find your order, please contact us and we will track it for you.

Do you provide tracking numbers? 

Tracking numbers are presently not provided with shipment emails, howver, you can contact us to request order tracking. 

Do you deliver internationally (outside Australia)?

No, we only deliver to Australia at this time.
